Prices and Availability
Prices are usually for 7 days, and the use of the apartment commence at 4 pm on the day of your arrival until 10 am on the day of your departure. Please contact us if you have any questions.
The price is the same for 1 to 4 guests to stay and include bed linen and towels, however your travel to the apartment, lift passes and equipment hire are not included.
We can also arrange the following for an additional charge :

€30 per person per trip - minimum charge €120 / trip unless we can arrange a share.
(Note that this price is subject to availability - actual price will be confirmed when booking)

| Groceries |
A starter pack (Tea, Coffee, Milk and Biscuits) is included free of charge.
If other groceries as required just give us a shopping list in advance and the items will be waiting for you when you arrive. Settle up in the resort (standard local shop prices charged). |
| Ferries / Eurotunnel |
Please contact us for competetive prices inclusive of Ferry / Tunnel tickets, we are often able to beat their published prices. |

Please note that we welcome pets, but that a £10 cleaning charge per booking is payable.
For guests staying with us for the first time, we reserve the right to take a £100 damage deposit. This deposit will be returned in full if the apartment is left in a reasonable condition. Please note that it is not our policy to charge for minor breakages or damage as well as reasonable wear and tear. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
